What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
At the moment, we accept payments through PayPal.
You can pay through PayPal using your debit or credit card and this includes VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
Remember – you don’t need to have a PayPal account.
What Delivery Options Do You Offer?
At ShopSense, all our products are made in the UK and we work closely with Royal Mail and UPS.
Orders under £25 – £3.00 delivery charge
How Is My Order Processed?
Once you’ve placed an order on the website, the status will be showing as “processing”. Take a look at the details below.
Processing – This means that your order has been placed and is currently being processed through the system.
Completed – Your order has been packed by the packing team – but not yet dispatched!
From there, we will schedule orders for collection with UPS or Royal Mail.
Email Notification – You should receive an email notification from UPS when we have scheduled collection.
Please send us an email for the country you’d like items to be sent to.
Do I Get An Order Confirmation?
Yes! Once you place your order, you should receive an email with your order confirmation.
If you don’t receive an email, please get in touch with the team who’ll be on hand to help you.
Can I Track My Order?
Help! What Happens If I’m Not Home When My Parcel Is Delivered?
Royal Mail will leave a delivery note, telling you to collect your parcel – this is normally at your local Post Office.
Are There Additional Custom and Import Charges?
Custom or import charges aren’t applicable here in the UK.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over what the charges are – custom or import charges are made once the parcel has arrived in the country and the amount varies from country to country.
We recommend checking what the charges will be prior to placing an order.
